Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied, if you are not happy with the services given, we will refund back the money, given the reasons are valid and proved after investigation. Before buying, please watch the preview of the course. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the freedom to cancel their services and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as bellows:

Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top most priority. If we fail to give services from our end, but the customer has paid for the service then customer will be accountable to mention the same to us within 24 hours of purchase. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make our best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 35% applicable.

Refund Policy

We will refund the money only if we fail to give service to our customers from our end. Customer need to email at trainer@justconvey.in. Refund request will be taken into consideration for validation only on receiving the request on above email id within 24hrs of purchase. We can refund only 65% of the amount paid.
