Are you facing stage fright and your mind goes blank for a few seconds? Don't worry, you are not alone. This issue can be troublesome, but understanding its reason and how to solve it can make a big difference.
Do you need help with learning to communicate?
Every speaker has some stage of fear; they have just overcome it through practice. I have attended so many speeches by great leaders, speakers, and ministers. I have observed that at the start they are a little bit uncomfortable, but as they speak after a few sentences, they become more and more confident in their speech. The only way to get out of it is to face it and practice. We can have some backup if we get stuck in the middle of the speech, like bullet points of the speech. Or just remember the "W" letter. How does the letter W remind you of your speech? There are so many interrogative words that start with w, for example, what word, what we say, what the speech is about, and when it happened. 5w; Who, what, when, where, and why. The basic idea is that you have to connect your entire speech with these 5 words to remind your speech.
Recommendation
Asking any questions that suit you from the audience will ease pressure on you and also keep engaging with the audience. You can ask questions like how many of you are in the age range of 18-30, 30-40, and above. It also gives you an overall idea about what kind of audience you have.
Solution
You can remove your fear by NLP training.
